We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt, except North Sinai, which is temporarily unavailable for delivery.

Delivery times may be be affected during public holidays, peak seasons, or promotional campaigns.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is shipped.

Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: Within 48 business hours.
Delta & Canal Governorates: Within 72 business hours.
New Valley, Upper Egypt & Red Sea Governorates: Within 96 business hours.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Egypt.

Shipping Information

Please ensure that your name, phone number, and shipping address are accurate and complete before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to receive an order after it has been shipped for reasons unrelated to a product defect or an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for the full shipping charges.

POMPELO also reserves the right to refuse or restrict Cash on Delivery service for future orders in such cases.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy. Shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for the return or exchange request.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment until it is delivered.

Return and refund policy 

At POMPELO, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be attached.
Items must be free from any signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for:

Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Items returned without their original tags or packaging.
Gift cards or promotional items, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for shipping fees when requesting a return or exchange for personal reasons, such as changing the size, color, or simply changing their mind.
POMPELO will cover all shipping costs if the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect product was sent.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by POMPELO.

Promotions & Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions or seasonal sales may be subject to different return and exchange conditions. Any applicable terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or photography lighting and will not be considered a product defect.
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order, as selecting the correct size is the customer's responsibility.
